4. hydrate - drink enough water for you body to be healthy.
5. exhaustion - a state of being very tired (verb - to exhaust, to be exhausted)
6. heat exhaustion - very ill from dehydration
7. itchy- an uncomfortable feeling that you want to scratch.
8. scratch - rub your skin hard with fingernails or an object.
9. sunburn - redness and pain on the skin from too much sun exposure.
10. prevent - to stop something from happening.

24. yoke- wooden frame on the neck and shoulders, used for carrying 2 buckets.

3. post (noun) - Daily writing (paragraph) on your blog.

5. post title - Name of your daily writing

6. edit - to change, to improve your writing
